Who operates this website

ElitePhoneHub is operated by Arash Malekzad, based in the Netherlands. We publish independent iPhone buying information and tools for comparing offers from sellers on eBay.

Using ElitePhoneHub

Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass security or access restrictions, make abusive automated requests, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or misuse affiliate links and reporting tools.

This does not prevent ordinary linking, search-engine indexing or uses permitted by applicable law. Any reuse of third-party content is also subject to the relevant owner’s rights.

Guides, searches and offer comparisons

Our guides, model comparisons and choice helper provide general buying information. A feature-based shortlist is a starting point; it does not establish that a particular listing is suitable for you, within your budget or the best offer available.

Offers, photos, condition descriptions, seller information and delivery details may come from eBay or sellers. Model reference specifications describe a model, not the independently inspected condition or configuration of a seller’s device.

Search results cover listings checked with the selected settings. They are not a complete survey of eBay or the market. Your delivery country and the item’s location have different purposes. A location selection does not guarantee delivery speed, lower import charges or delivery to your exact address.

Information may be cached and can change. A series with no matching results may have clearly labelled alternatives or links to other series. Check which model, variation, country and condition are actually shown.

Prices, shipping and delivery

Check whether a displayed amount is an item price, a quoted total or an estimated total. Estimated shipping is labelled; missing shipping information does not mean free shipping. Taxes, duties, import charges and other checkout costs may not be included.

Comparison and sorting operate within the displayed result groups and currencies. Different currencies are not necessarily converted. Coupon eligibility can depend on the account, destination, payment method, selected variation or other seller/eBay conditions.

Delivery dates, returns and warranty information depend on the current listing and your address. Verify the final amount, availability, condition, compatibility, dispatch, delivery, returns and warranty on eBay before buying.

Purchases are made through eBay

Opening an offer or using a comparison tool does not create a purchase contract with ElitePhoneHub. If you buy, the purchase is made with the seller identified on eBay, subject to the applicable eBay and seller terms.

ElitePhoneHub does not take payment for the listed phones or handle dispatch, returns, warranty claims or marketplace disputes. Contact the seller or eBay through the applicable order and dispute process. Any eBay protection programme is subject to its own eligibility rules; displaying an offer here does not establish coverage.

Videos and optional AI chat

Embedded Apple YouTube videos are manufacturer presentations or creative examples. They are not independent ElitePhoneHub tests of the phone in a particular seller’s listing. Regional features, models and versions may differ.

Where available, our optional AI chat uses automated responses. Answers and links may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Verify important information against manufacturer sources and the current listing. Do not submit payment details, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information.

The ordinary guides and offer comparisons can be used without the AI chat. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the relevant data processing and browser storage.

Intellectual property and trademarks

ElitePhoneHub’s original text, design and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Please obtain permission before commercial reproduction unless your use is permitted by law.

Apple and iPhone are trademarks owned by Apple Inc. The eBay trademark belongs to eBay Inc. Other product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the products and services discussed and does not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond the EPN relationship described above.

Listing photographs, seller content, manufacturer materials and videos remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Embedded content remains hosted by the relevant service. A source or trademark acknowledgement does not grant visitors a licence to republish third-party material.

Availability, accuracy and responsibilities

We aim to provide useful information, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or permanent availability of a particular feature or offer. We may correct, update, suspend or remove features and content.

External websites and sellers are outside our control. Our responsibility for this website remains subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Read our Disclaimer for the practical limits of marketplace information.

Applicable law and updates

These website terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. A jurisdiction rule applies only where legally valid; it does not remove a consumer’s mandatory right to bring a claim before another competent court.

We may revise these terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the version published here. Any purchase remains subject to the terms applicable to that transaction on eBay.
